What happens if an applicant is successful in Federal Court?

When a judicial review application is successful, the applicant’s case is sent back for a new decision.  For example, when the Court overturns a decision of the Refugee Appeal Division, the case is sent back to be decided by a different member of the Refugee Appeal Division.
